Terms & Conditions 2. Personnel Plus does not guarantee that the Client will receive any responses from applicants to its advertisement. 3. It is the Client's responsibility to protect their computers against any viruses. 4. All and any subsequent dealings between the Client and any Applicant and in connection with the Applicant's response to the advertisement are the responsibility of the Client and Personnel Plus accepts no liability whatsoever therewith. The Client will indemnify Personnel Plus against any claim loss liability expense and/or damage in connection therewith. 5. The Client will comply with the provisions of the Data Protection Acts 1984 and 1998 in relation to all Applicants' details. 6. Personnel Plus reserves the right to remove
any advertisement at any time without reason. Examples of advertisements
that may be removed include, but are not limited to: 7. Personnel Plus reserves the right to close any account at any time without reason. 8. From time to time Personnel Plus will contact registered employers in order to evaluate the service they receive. 9. For the avoidance of doubt, the Personnel Plus Business Terms and Conditions apply in addition to the above terms and conditions 10. The Client shall be liable for any fees that Personnel Plus would charge in their normal way of business for placing candidates with the Client |
